2. ORDERING & PAYMENT

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept major credit and debit cards.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Certain products may be offered as preorder items. Preorder items require a production period of approximately 3–4 weeks before shipment. This production timeframe begins after your order is successfully placed.
Shipping timelines refer to production time and do not include carrier transit time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times vary by carrier and are outside of our control.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production and shipping timeframe.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Proof of purchase and photo evidence of the issue are required.
We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.
5. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback for a valid and delivered order, including preorder items within the stated production timeframe, may be considered fraudulent.
In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to provide the payment processor with:
Order confirmation
Tracking and delivery confirmation
IP address and transaction data
Customer communication records
Acceptance of preorder production timeframe
We reserve the right to deny future purchases from customers who initiate unwarranted disputes and to pursue recovery of funds and associated fees resulting from fraudulent chargebacks.
